Lady Amelia Spencer’s future sister-in-law has been spotted in public for the first time since leaving her teaching job under the shadow of a major sex scandal.
Ms Viotti resigned suddenly from exclusive £16,000-per-year Bishops Diocesan College in Cape Town in 2019, after an 18-year-old student came forward to say he was in an ‘intense’ sexual relationship with her.
Explicit videos of Fiona were shared around the all-boys college and online, and a subsequent investigation by the school concluded she had engaged in sexual conduct with five boys between 2013 and 2019.
Storm agency model Lady Amelia, 29, posted photos of fiance Greg (nicknamed Grizzle) on her Instagram stories with his sister as they strolled around Borough Market in south London at the weekend.
She commented: ‘The best time with my @Gregmallett @fionam1405’.
Lawyer William Booth who acted for Viotti told MailOnline: ‘There are no matters outstanding against her, no negative findings have been made against her, she is free to get on with her life including teaching or working with school-aged children.’

Despite plans to interview more than 40 present and former pupils, no criminal charges were brought after parents refused to allow their children to cooperate with the inquiry.
Fiona, who had married venture capitalist Pavo Viotti barely a year earlier, also split from her husband, according to sources, and was said to have sought ‘medical help’ after the scandal.

Greg and Fiona’s uncle Dave Mallett is a former coach of the Springboks South African national rugby team and is still a history teacher at Bishops.

It is believed Fiona has been working as an online tutor since the scandal which ended her career as a history teacher and water polo coach at the top school.
The South African Council for Educators (SACE) closed its file on the probe last year, concluding that Ms Viotti had engaged in sexual misconduct with five boys from 2013 to 2019.
SACE said, referring to the pupil whose claims led to the scandal: ‘The learner in question, through his legal representative, indicated that he would not be participating in any interview with SACE.
‘On that note, we had to submit our final report on the 3rd December to have the matter closed on the basis of lack of cooperation by witnesses. We are now closing the file and will notify the parties accordingly.’
After the allegations made headlines, the former Bishops teacher resigned and went into medical care. Her marriage also ended.
Posting another snap of her future husband and sister-in-law, Amelia said she ‘had the best time’ with the brother and sister duo
An investigation was conducted by lawyers appointed by the school and it was found that she had breached the school’s code of conduct and the SACE code of ethics.
Outlining the claims against Fiona at the time, one of the boys’ parents told the IOL news site: ‘He was a willing participant in the beginning but became a victim when he couldn’t get out of it.
‘The teacher started texting him to come to her house on the campus and that’s how it started but it got to the stage where he had had enough.
‘But the teacher wouldn’t let him go and he went to his parents for help and they went to the headmaster and now it is all coming out.’

The South African Police Service have not been involved as criminal charges have not been laid as the schoolboy who blew the whistle was two years over the age of consent.
A school source said: ‘It would appear this is not a criminal matter but one of gross misconduct between a teacher who has stepped over a clear line and it is a matter for the school to handle.’
Contacted by MailOnline, Ms Viotti’s lawyer William Booth confirmed that no charges had been brought against his client.
Amelia and Greg first met while studying at the University of Cape Town and he reportedly popped the question at the Clouds Wine and Guest Estate, a place that boasts being ‘situated on one of the world’s most beautiful mountain passes’ in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
Officials at the £16,000-per-year school believed that several boys were involved in relationships with the teacher over a number of years
